Welcome to Goatling Spotlight! A mini event where we get to show off your favorite Goatlings! Each week a new Goatling will be featured in the News and the owner will receive a shiny Spotlight Trophy to display on their pets page or in their collection. This week is all about Midnight_Dreary!

Story
Midnight Dreary settled in on a favorite rose pillow and tilted the letter toward the light. It was a letter from her dear friend who had moved away quite some time ago. They had been corresponding in letters. This one was particularly heavy. Midnight Dreary opened the drawer of the side table beside the cushions and pulled out the small silver snake "sword" which lay within. Gingerly slicing the letter open revealed a fine paper, folded carefully around an object. Midnight Dreary pulled the paper out and unfolded it to find a shining silver locket nestled upon beautiful handwritting. The letter read,
"My dear Midnight Dreary,
I hope to find you well. I have been feeling a bit downtrodden of late, being unable to speak with you in person. So I though perhaps we could share some memorabilia to remind us of our fond times together. I have sent you this locket with a photo of us at the Poet's Ball. I hope you enjoy it, and you are reminded of our bonds whenever you see it!"
Midnight Dreary was very moved and, recalling a lovely photo of the two of them together on a graveyard picnic, decided to send a golden locket back- so that they both would have adored lockets!

Her favourite season is Spring, during which she is often found prancing about Palace Town with a wicker basket full of sweet-smelling flowers and colorful gems. She is very affectionate and can find the good in everyone that she meets. During the colder months she likes to donate warm foods to the Giving Tree to ensure that no goat goes hungry. |

Greetings Fanlings! The Spring Token game will once again be open at the start of next month! Members can now enter their Spring themed designs and nominate other member designs too!
