Rules and Guidelines
- Members may bid on multiple items and as many times as they like.
- Members may win multiple times in a row.
- Members may also snipe bids (bid as the auction is about to end).
- Members may do whatever they want with the items after they have won them. Such as sell, give away, hoard, or even pawn.
- Auctioned items will not retire.
- We understand that auctions may become intense, but please do not be frustrated or discouraged. There's always next week!
- Members who pester or disrespect others who have placed bids and/or won an auction will be permanently banned from Goat Mail and Forums.

Greetings Fanlings!
As there has been an uptick in multiple account abuse questions, we wanted to remind the community as what does and does not count as multiple account abuse to clear up any remaining confusion and help anyone who is unsure whether they are breaking the rules or not.
Multiple account abuse is when a player uses more than one account to benefit their own primary account. This can be an alternate account they made themselves in secret, or a friend or family members old account that they do not play anymore.
It is always allowed and encouraged for Goatlings users to play with friends and family! Sharing an IP, sending gifts, making trades, and chatting in Goatmail with your friends or family is not considered suspicious activity, and no one will ever be banned for this! However, if a friend or family members account shows no other personal activity such as trading with other users, collecting their own goats, purchasing and keeping their own items, etc; it will be flagged as suspicious. When an account is found to only log in to obtain and send Sugar Stars or items to another account, it is considered multiaccounting, even if the account belongs to another person.
It is also against the rules to access another players account and play for them, even if it is someone you know. Members may be assisted by a parent or guardian if needed. Obtaining another user's password and using it to log in and send yourself items is against the rules.
Lastly, if a player is quitting the site and decides to send all their items to a friend, this is also okay! It is not against the rules nor considered multiaccounting to give your items away before quitting. However, if that same player continues to log in when new items come out only to obtain and send them to the same one person, this has now become a multiaccounting situation as they are only using their account to benefit another player.
We would like to remind everyone to please play fairly and if you ever are unsure whether something is against the rules or not, please send in a Support Ticket or contact a staff member directly. It is better to know the rules and stay safe than risk your account to obtain extra items!

Short Story
It was dawn, and dew still clung to the grass. Gentle rustling of the tall weeds caught the attention of a spry goat, who hopped over to sniff out a new friend. Mips placed some hay and flowers near the edge of the patch and darted off to watch from afar. A small striped bunny with antennae and wings padded over to nibble on the treats. Mips smiled. “A new friend.”
