Short Story:
MLB (theorized to be short for "Mallory Limburg Bleats" by gossip magazines) has dedicated many years of their life to the sport they love (Major League Bleatball) after having fallen in love with it as a young kid.
(Excerpt from a broadcasted interview.)
When asked about their plans for the future, MLB told us that they have no plans to quit.
But life isn't entirely about sports and setting records, so we asked about their life outside of Bleatball. To this they - somewhat shyly - admitted to having a sweet tooth, and being a bit of a gamer.
MLB declined to answer what their initials stood for.

Welcome to Studio Blu!A monthly prompt event based in the official Goatlings.com Discord server!
How it works!At the beginning of each month, a Discord moderator will post an inspirational theme. Members wishing to participate can draw or write a short story or poem about a Goatling using the theme as a guide!
Prizes!At the end of the month, two entries will be randomly selected to be featured on the site News and the members will receive a special in-game trophy!
The Studio Blu prompt for July was: Swimming! And the winners are:

Marmalad emerges from the sea and takes a look at the sunset's horizon. Her fins tire of swimming all day and everyday. Taking one last look of the distant palace, she slowly submerges herself.
Slightly out of Marmalad's view, Gourami sees her yearning for the dry ground of Palace Town. Marmalad jumps a little, her ears going up and on high alert. "I don't know what you see so valuable on land," Gourami fusses, "Everything you could ever want is all down here!"
"But don't you ever wonder if there's something more out there? We find such wonderful old things from out there, and that's just their trash!" Marmalad cries. Gourami shakes her head, both of them swimming towards their coral reef. "Do you know that they think the same of us? They see coral wash up on their beaches and they ache to be a mergoat like us. The algae's always greener on the other side!" Gourami exclaims. Marmalad burrows her brows ever so slightly, but can't find the words to retort. Maybe Gourami's right, maybe our world's are too different, with positives and negatives on either, Marmalad thought, Or maybe she's wrong. Maybe I am tired of swimming. I want to know what it feels like to have four legs.
Though Marmalad's mood had soured, she still gracefully yet sorrowfully swam alongside Gourami. Gourami is swimming with pep in every dolphin kick.
"I know you're still upset. Please just know that the reef wouldn't be the same without you," Gourami said. Marmalad was taken off-guard, but grinned. At last, they've reached the coral reef, where all of their friends and family were happily gliding around.
